Splitting the top hair layer into 26 different sections.
Running the AFP Hair Rig script on the separated layers. Looks like a bunch of wild tentacles.
In the AFP Hair Rig script controls, adjusting the “Amp” setting of the and dialing it back to 1 on each of the 25 hair strands makes it move less tentacle like.
Edited the hair assets in clipstudiopaint to fill in gaps and made the thumb move and eyes blink slowly.
Experimenting with a faster blink.
Final product for this animation test.
Overall, not too shabby for a few hours worth of animating and successfully trying out a new tool after many failures of trying to get it to work back in Dec 2023.
